So human activity is going to continue to produce greenhouse gasses. As the temprature increases the methane locked in permafrost and at the bottom of the oceans will get released accelerating the greenhouse gasses....as the ice melts more heat will be absorbed by the earth. as the seas warm up the organisms in the sea will absorb Co2 less.

So basically it will all happen a lot quicker then is predicted......still it wont happen overnight.

However once it is realised that it will happen then it will be inevitable that London property will look a bad idea............why doesnt the property market crash there first?

Oh well.....of course the rising seas will mean less land to live on and less fertile land to farm.

I have not heard any global agreement or strategy to even start contemplating about overpopulation.

In a world that is nice and comfy then PC ness is all well and good, but talking about family size is going to become a necessity, unless its such a thorny issue that leaders just think.....what the hell, when it comes it comes, let sudden vast 'depopulations' due to catastrophe occur when and as they do?

People should limit their family size. It makes me sound like hitler for saying it, but how else are we going to get round it?

unless......................
