Okay, so i've left it real late casue im an idiot, but i need a new passport cause im going abroad in the new year, but i still dont have a picture which they'll accept (which i still need to signed still) anyway, i know i have 10 days or so, till it arrives from when i send all the stuff off, now by then i wont be at home, i'll be spending xmas in scotland. Is possible to get them to send it to the address I'll be staying at in Scotland? does anyone know?
