Do you ever get days where you feel like you're just saying this all day?

Usually in busy places, like you just brush past someone and say 'oh sorry' and then it happens 20 times.

The other day I said it so much I started thinking I sounded nuts, like one of those people who is constantly being overly nice and is about to explode.
