Right, my course runs a 1 year internship program in the middle of my degree. We call it a placement, but it's basically the same thing.

As I am taking Politics with economics, the vast majority of my options on the official forums are big finance and management companies, which isn't really my cup of tea. Don't see myself as a city boy working for KPNG, Ernst & Young or Deloitte really.

But I am applying for several placements at the house of commons and the house of lords as well as some International Relations study groups like CASIN in Geneva. I even went for marketing at Danone

But Dissers, I need more options. SO I ask you, does anyone know of a record label or promoter which a) runs an internship program OR b) is rich enough to be able to take me?

Does anywhere where one of you works run an internship? Particularly publishers, music related things or especially journalism related.....preferably in London, Norwich, Cardiff or Bristol
