One of the 'text templates' on my new phone following "I am in a meeting, will call later" and "I am late, call me at..."

What kind of souless/jaded person would ever use a text template to say that?! What does this say about how often we use the phrase 'I love you' and how throw-away it has become...?
Does anyone actually ever use text templates?
