so on monday I went to marks and spencers and bought a macaroni cheese readymeal. I cooked it in the oven.

I proceeded to eat aforementioned macaroni-cheese, then for some reason, have a sleep in the afternoon, feeling. I awoke at about 6:30 pm to a very very sore stomach. Ever since then, I have had a slightly sore stomach and have been put of eating pretty much anything substantial.

Dear dis: tell me what's going on.

Also, tell me why i keep having to sleep in the middle of the afternoon. I'm getting the same amount of sleep as i usually do but I'm usually exhausted by about 4 pm
