I haven't been to the dentist for ages! And I suddenly feel really guilty about it. But I am really paranoid that I will have a hole in my tooth and have to have a filling, and I always imagine worst case scenarios, even though I obsessively take care of my teeth, to the extent of brushing them even when so drunk i can hardly see!!! and it's making me really stressed and going to the dentist is horrible because i am a massive paranoid hypochondriac

how can i fix this!
