I am going to a wedding on Saturday. It has already cost me an arm and a leg (not literally). I need to buy some sensible shoes.
Do I buy: a) shit shoes from a Dalston market stall for £5 and take them off as soon as the ceremony is over and switch to trainers comlaining of sore feet
b) proper shoes (bearing in mind I hate sensible shoes) because they will look smarter and I reasonably might have to use them again over the next few years?

I'm struggling with this quite a bit. I blame gin.
