Does anyone know how i found an old thread that i posted in here?

Some people gave me some very kind responses to my question about who to use to start a mailing list for my band?

I need a mailing list provider with single-opt in where i can basically just paste in loads of email addresses and it wont go into people's junk folders?

If anyone knows how to find the original post that would be grand!
