Has anybody done/waiting to go on university placement? Most people I know have done the sensible option and found work at an office or a work place for six weeks. I'm on a journalism course, and decided to make things hard for myself.

I'm freelancing for Sandman mag in January, which means I've got 13 gigs to attend in January. I've also got to write 3000 words on various aspects of the process (of which I get no help with as I don't have an office to attend daily). I'm starting to think I should've took the easier, albiet probably more boring option of going to a proper company.

Oh well, at least it'll be a challenge.
