Pantomimes

doctornovocalcords [Edit] [Delete] 13:01, 4 January '08

Did you go to one? I went to Dick Whittington in Wolverhampton. It featured Linda Lusardi's husband who used to be in Brookside or something, Leslie Grantham (totally in it for the money: lazy phoned in performance), an attractive blonde lady, Tracey Beaker, and the Krankies. It was quite fun though there wasn't enough slapstick.
Ignoring how fucking weird the Krankies are, they really are the consummate panto performers. Loads of genuinely amusing ad-libbing and appeal to both kids and adults. Give them a TV series you shit. God I love the Krankies, especially Jeanette Krankie. Ace that you can still make a living as an elderly woman dressing up as a little boy. Fandabedozie.
