WOW! I just went for the most amazing run ever. Once I got to the end of my usual 30 minute run (about 3 and a bit miles, ending with two massive hills) it felt really UNNATURAL to stop. I just had to keep going.

So I kept going and now I feel so wonderful. It's like being on MDMA only better, like all skin tingly and loved up and full of energy. Only way less chemical feeling
