can you happily listen to your mp3 player on shuffle, as long as your in the mood obviously? or is there self-confessedly too much crap on there?

my ipod on shuffle is like my dream radio station, but some of my 'crew' have said that they end up having to track forward most of the time coz they have so much crap they dont like on there which i thought was a bit wierd.
