I was in a pub before christmas and got chatting to this barmaid who I thought was stunning. I've never done this before but knew i'd regret it if I didn't (and was quite drunk) so I asked if she had a boyfriend/could I have a number. She said she kind of had one so I left it at that.

Anyway, last night I was standing by a cash machine when she came up to me and said "you are the guy..etc etc". I was with a female friend and she asked if she was my girlfriend and we chatted for a while and I asked for her number. I got it and text her but no reply.

Do I text again or as she has not replied just leave it as otherwise i'll look desperate? Connundrum.
