I don't know anything about Budapest, other than it's cheap and near the Czech Republic, and I liked Prague which is in the Czech Republic. Do you know anything about Budapest? Is there anywhere as cheap as and better than Budapest? Is it okay to be completely financially irresponsible when you're young and go on spontaneous holidays?
