i know its well travelled territory for observational comedians et al, but i just had my indoctrination in bumping into people from school who are doing "better at life" than me.

and not just the guy, but all his friends from school are all going to be rich, whilst all my friends are unemployed or working in pubs or whatever.

and he probably didn't mean to at all.

still, despite him being about to qualify as a doctor, he was about to drive home drunk on his motorbike, and i safely walked home to sleep in my dad's utility room, so i guess i'm the winner?
