today i collapsed in agony at work. after crying so much i actually had a panda face not just panda eyes, and still proclaiming through gritted teeth "i'm okay! i'm okay! i don't need a dentist"... i got dragged to a german dentist, who has now numbed my mouth. this has made mundane things like eating, drinking and smoking incredibly hard.

is there anything worthwhile (apart from lack of pain, and being unable to talk) that comes from a numb mouth?
i need some cheering up! i'm still blotchy from the pain!
(also - german dentists are better than english, i thought they'd be terrible but i was wrong!)
