i've bought 2 records direct from labels over the last couple of months, and one, ordered on 21st November (admittedly a preorder, but the record was released 12th January. but yeah, it was from germany) and one from america, on the 9th oif january.

point being, neither has arrived. just sent both labels emails asking where my rekkids at.

question being: if they reply saying "huh? we already sent you your records. if you don't have them the post must have fucked up" do i have a leg to stand on? both records with p+p came to about £20, but still...

anyone know?
