What would you do if you were in charge of DiS for a week?

Am thinking more along the lines of re-arranging content and focussing on certain things, more than I'd ban Brainlove. Like, would you think news is more important than long interviews or would you put the community right to the fore? Would you want the site to be all about new bands no-ones heard of or would you want there to be a nice mixture of big, middling, on the up and small?
