you squeeze your own anus outside so that it pokes out a little bit and it makes you think that you still need to poo a bit unntil you wipe expecting a large lump of mushy poo poo to come out, but instead you get somme washey wet marks on the paper but it doesn't rip at least and your anus soon retracts back to where it was mean to be, and everything is ok a few wipes later... pretty not as bad as it could have been.
