I encounter these folk every day, what do YOU say to them??

On one hand I feel for them, it's cold, they get ignored by 99% of everyone and they mean well but I hate being guilt tripped into giving out my bank details and being forced to think about how terrible the word is WHILE I'M ON MY FLIPPIN' LUNCH BREAK!

What's your approach to these well meaning leeches?
