about the ethics of abortion. i looked at my reading list, and found out that one of the articles that i have to read is by my friend's dad. a quick look to get an overview reveals that not only is my friend's dad vehemently anti-abortion, but he also strongly anti any sex which is not for reproductive purposes, and sex which uses contraception, as strongly immoral and 'evil'. he also entirely opposes extending any legal recognition to homosexuals.

see, i always thought he was weird but not this weird! it's going to make our next conversation when i'm hungover staying at his house very interesting, at least.
