Would be massively appreciated. I've got an infection and spent the morning in A & E and have been booked in for an ultrasound scan at 3:30 today. So I've come home for a couple of hours but am unable to distract myself from the pain I'm currently in.

I've got 'til half two before I need to leave again and am finding it pretty unbearable. I'm in absolutely agony (you really don't want to know whereabouts in my body this agony is) and desperately need something to focus my mind...
