my flatmates are moving out at the ned of the contract but i dont want to.

i'm looking for 2 people(male or female) to move in as of 4th april.

the flat is in finchley central, 3rd floor so secure, about 10mins walk from the tube and close to main roads for buses to brent cross, golders green and victoria.

the rooms are of a decent size, 1 being bigger than the other. nice kitchen and bathroom with the best shower i've ever been in. extra seperate toilet also. um, dishwasher, coker with hobs, washing machine etc.

rent is £420 plus bills but pm me for a full break down.
