I live in a flat in what used to be a semi-detached but is now divided into 5 flats.

From one of the other flats, for well over a month now, I constantly hear a guy violently coughing and spluttering.

Coughs that last for ages are bad news aren't they?

Despite the fact that

a) pretty much everyone reading this will have no medical qualifications

and

b) even if they did have, they wouldn't have heard or seen this guy with a cough

can someone confirm whether he is or isn't dying from TB?
