Anyone else have to do this shit in second year? After a questionnaire earlier in the year told me I would be well suited to the army, I've done another one that tells me:

"Although you certainly do have a lot to offer an employer, it looks like you need to do more to do justice to yourself. Perhaps some of the questions are not 100% relevant to your situation, or maybe you’ve underestimated your ability?"

Well done me.

Now I have to write an action plan on what I should do in the future. Then I have to interview someone about their bullshit job they probably hate. Then I have got to fill in a CV template even though I have used CV's for ages. SO pointless, I should be doing like... proper work but I have to do this shit.
