Can someone walk me thru the NFO file thing for uploading on indietorrents. I take, I take, sure...but I'll give to. If it wasn't so godamn fucking complicated!

OK, I've got the nfo file generator gizmo on my desktop but I can't figure out how to take the torrent I wanna upload and make it ...whatever the fuck I'm supposed to do...help me, please.
