I'm moving into a new place soon and our future landlord has told us she only wants to declare part of our rent.. as in she wants us to pay some of it in cash, and some of it via direct debit.

Now, is this some tax avasion process? Because surely if she's not around one month to collect the cash from us, we could be accused of not paying rent on time, right?

So.... we don't agree to this, yes?
