I've had a run of luck with these guys recently due to a million things in my house falling apart. First was the cross eyed, semi deaf man who fixed our washing machine. I helped him to find the plug, and when we did, we both said 'TEAM WORK!' with much enthusiasm at exactly the same time. He must've been at leat 65.

Just now, there is a man outside fixing our garage door. He sounds exactly like Dale Winton and has just as much charm.
