ebay tips

dan_thw [Edit] [Delete] 19:55, 11 March '08

Right so I'm a bit stuck for cash so it's probably about time I sold a load of stuff on ebay. I have a few reasonably valuable CDs and console games and stuff I could flog for a fair bit of cash.

The one thing I've noticed though is unless you've got a really high feedback rating, people don't bid as much for your stuff, or at all, just in case you are a big bad con artist.

But how the hell do I get around this? Do I just have to spend two years selling a load of worthless shit so I can gain that all important feedback rating?

Shall I sell them through a mate who has an established feedback rating and end up having to give them a cut for basically no reason?

Is there any clever way of getting around the feedback thing so people know you aren't gonna shaft them?
