I live in a house converted into 5 flats. I seem to have new neighbours. They seem to only be able to communicate via the medium of shouting really fucking loudly to each other as though they're on opposite sides of a very wide road. However their flat cannot possibly be much bigger than mine (in which two people could stand at opposite ends and whisper to each other and still be heard).

This isn't good news :(
