My good friend, a fervent Fulham fan, got given a book on football grounds old and new for his birthday and I was having a flick through. He put me to shame by telling me that of all the football league teams, he has through the years been to 115 stadiums (old grounds and the likes of Aldershot, Halifax etc. included). However, that doesn't include the week before the start of the English season when he has been known to take a trip to Raith or Alloa or somewhere.

I think I've been to 15 grounds not including Wembley and foreign stadia, and a couple of those are no longer in existance. Allegiances aside I think the nicest one I've been to is Hillsborough, and probably the worst was/is Selhurst Park.

So, not counting your Dripping Pans and The Camrose etc., how many have you managed?
