When you copy a formula across cells it changes the oringinal cells in a forumla in respect to how far you have moved it to keep the formula constant across cells... right.

so =(C20+L20+U20)/AK31 moved across by one cell becomes =(D20+M20+V20)/AL31

So all the reference cells move by one.

My question is

how can you configure it so some reference cells move, and some stays the same? so for above it would be

=(C20+L20+U20)/AK31 moved across by one cell becomes =(D20+M20+V20)/AK31

so the AK31 bit is constant still
