Presumably there's some kind of screening process for candidates? And whilst I'm sure they want some people who are a bit unsuitable for entertainment purposes, how have they got so many incompetent idiots?

Surely anyone who wants an Italian or Indian restaurant will just go to an Italian or Indian restaurant and no-one's gonna go to a pub just because there's an Italian or Indian themed night?
