On Saturday the question of Converse shoes came up when I was talking to bamos. He made a statement to the effect that he refused to wear Converse shoes because he didn't want to be just another Indie sheep.

Which is fair enough but then he was wearing these shoes:

Now in my view these shoes are almost identical to Converse. In fact if bamos hadn't told me they cost the same I'd have assumed he wanted to wear Converse but was too poor to afford them and was wearing a pair of £10 knock-offs.

I don't really have a point here except to say that the juxtaposition of bamos' shoes and his anti-Connie sentiments made me giggle.

I like it when bamos makes me giggle.
