i.e. does it have any meaning? does it carry a tale with it? if it's not you, who is it and why?

Mine is me with several of my flatmate's cigarettes in my face. It represents that smoking makes you look silly. And it also shows that i need some sleep, as the skin around my eyes looks somewhat purple.
