i hate these bits. i hate them. i'm trying to go through the 'essential' bit of the 'person specification' and.... i'm just getting writers block.

i don't want it to all be too obvious and something that they've already read 100 times from other people eg 'i work well as an individual AND within a team' 'OOH! perfect!!!'
