In my room, having a total clearout of all the shit I've accumulated in the six months I've lived here, and ANOTHER filter through all the shit I failed to get rid of last time. "Do I really need this copy of NME with Franz Ferdinand's first EVER mention?" et cetera.

I so need the space here, half my room is taken up by 4'000 oM t-shirts and about 500 copies of the last album :(

How often do YOU have these total, no mercy, clearouts?
Do you find them strangely theraputic?
