why don't we have them in the uk? i know we don't have "blocks" but we do have roads, amirite? so how come every day i've been staying in new york (harlem man, da streets, man) the spanish people around the corner have been having parties and in the uk the last time we had a street party was an inadvertent one when the ice cream man played his music a little too loud?

this thread = pointless except to say i went to williamsburg and keith murray was there and it made shoreditch look like...a not so scenester place and that we should have more block parties. am i spelling parties right? i don't know man.
