I just went to the water machine, and there was a guy waiting in front of me. He had a two litre bottle in his hand and he turned to look at me, then proceeded to spend about two minutes filling the bastard thing. Then he turned, laughed at me and said, 'Ha that took AGES', then walked off. I also hate it when there is only one till open in a shop, and someone has a trolley full of shopping, and they don't let you go before them when you only have a sandwich.
