This is of course a pointless football question that'll only serve to cause silly arguments.

Until recently Hull was the biggest city in the country to have not had a top-flight football team. This changed with their play-off win. However Bristol City's defeat left Bristol as the biggest city in the country to have never had a Premier League team.

But my question is this and it's entirely subjective and open to definition:

Which team do you think is the biggest team in the country not to have so far played (or to be playing next season) in the English Premier League?
