I need some fairly serious work advice

colonol_k [Edit] [Delete] 12:38, 11 June '08

I was just in the gents, and suddenly through the wall I heard someone walk into the ladies, lock the door and start sobbing. We're only a little company and I quickly worked out who it was once I'd finished doing my business and walked back into the office.

The person in question has been ridiculously overloaded with work recently and is massively stressed about everything. So...should I mention it to the MD and ask him to have a quiet word/friendly arm around the shoulder kind of thing? Or perhaps have a word myself with her? Or not say anything, as it's not really any of my business and could make her look like she can't cope in front of the boss (which, to be fair, she clearly can't).

Any advice?
