As a sitcom 'expert' or someone who read a lot of reference books as a child, I think quite possibly the worst ever most half arsed comedy ever made in the last 50 years must be the ITV 1980s horror that was 'Mind Your Language' - set in a night class with lots of sub 'Allo Allo' foreign caracatures saying unintentionally lewd phrases - I only vaguely remember it but know if I saw an episode it would make outtake of On The Buses look like Brecht at his most darkest/sharpest.
