there are points i get to where my thought processes scramble like a tyre coming of a wheel and i end up contorting, shaking with rage. unless i'm calmed i usually end up expelling my energy out against walls or my head. i really damaged my hand a fortnight ago and it's made my waiting job really difficult. it's also ruined my relationships with people and i don't know why it happens. is it a chemical or dietary thing or is it something a lot worse.
i'm in a hole right now, just thought i'd ask the board...
