i woke up in the middle of the night last night, scared as hell.
i dont think i'd been asleep for long, but when i awoke i was sweating profusely but ice cold, i had a throbbing feeling in my chest and felt numb in parts of my body including my arms and face, but with the numbness i felt like i was buzzing in some strange unpleasant way. i was panicking like crazy for a bit cos it was like nothign ive ever had before, it didnt last more than a few minutes but i was thinking that i may be having a heart attack or seizure or something. Theres nothing i had eaten, drunk, sniffed or smoked that could have done this, so im quite worried.

even more worrying is the fact that a similar 'attack' just hit me at work. Ive attributed this one to hunger (maybe) but its still a little worrying,
does this sound familiar to anyone?
