I have a viewing today at 1:30pm. It's an open viewing, so another guy is coming along too. This means i must get everything done as efficiently as possible and be prepared to ruthlessly get in before him to snap it up. This will require no hestinance, so i need to have all my questions ready. So far i have covered:

* council tax band
* effectiveness & efficieny of heating
* enquire about the neighbours
* check in the communal garden area

Anything else i should ask?
