No-one asked him to, he essentially cleaned the windows and was finishing off when me and my housmate were returning home. He immediately demanded £7 from us, which we refused to give him.
It eventually got pretty heated with this spiv claiming we were gonna bankrupt him+his family. And us saying 'Piss off, you cant just clean our windows and then demand money'
it ended in him storming off after being confronted by our other friends, muttering somethign unpleasant and vowing to never return to our street again.
