Every town has one.

Here in Nottingham we have the Broadmarsh Centre, some 60s/80s concrete thing filled with budget fashion shops, an abundance of comic sans, poor lighting and a Wimpy. However it has got a pretty good Wilkonsons, and at least two different pix n mix stalls.

I think it's better than the Broad St Mall in Reading, which had a 'food court' upstairs which, after a lengthy refit, remained open for only a few months before being roped off and turned into some kind of spooky abandoned corner of the mall. It has a games workshop I think.
