Some help please (i'm an idiot-centric)

roastthemonaspit [Edit] [Delete] 10:33, 3 July '08

So this morning I walked to the bus stop and some guy told me his car had broken down and asked me to use my phone to call someone. Because I'm a complete mug I said ok and he rang someone (i dialled the number) and spoke to them for about 20 seconds.

He later nagged me for money and it was obviously a complete scam but what I'm really worried about is this person (who turns out was round the corner) has my phone number - is there anything they could do with knowing my number? I don't think he was on the phone long enough to do anything to the actual phone (and I dialled the number)

So putting aside the fact I'm a complete moron, do I need to be worried about him having my number?
