Getting in touch with long lost family (is-it-worth-it?-centric)

blaaast [Edit] [Delete] 16:16, 3 July '08

For example, I just got a call from my half sister in Australia. Only spoke to her for about 15 minutes in her entire life, days before her adoptive family emigrated to Australia.

So, anyone ever met up with half siblings after years of separation? What was it like? Are you still in touch?

Also, how much should you reveal about family matters? I'm sure she has a lot of questions as I'm the only member of her biological family she knows.
